Simply add gift cards to each page. Don’t worry, we include a list of rreccomended gift cards, so you don’t have to guess what to buy! We also provide the option to add on a glue tape dispenser and envelopes (if you want to add cash).

Shipping timeframe
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times are 5–7 business days for Standard Shipping.
We offer Shipping on orders to all 50 U.S. states.

30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided your item meets the eligibility requirements below.
Eligible for Return
- Unused book in like-new condition
- No writing, personalization, or gift cards
- Free from damage, stains, or excessive wear
- Returned in its original packaging whenever possible
Items That Can't Be Returned
- Personalized or custom-made orders
- Books that have been written in or assembled with gift cards
- Products showing signs of use
- Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery
How to Start a Return
Getting started is easy:
- Email our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order: EssentialsBook@proton.me
- Include
- Your order number
- A brief reason for the return
- Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective
- We'll send you return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund.
Refunds
After your return has been approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Most refunds are completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- We'll work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund
- If the error was ours, we'll cover any return shipping costs
